Then she moved to Minnesota and was cast in Drop Dead Gorgeous, a mock documentarian film about beauty contests. Her role as Norma was featured in several popular films throughout time, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho from 1960 and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film released in 1954.
